Radialsystem III

Conversion of a former pump station into headquarter offices for a communication agency. ‘Radialsystem III’ was part of Berlin’s 19th century waste water system surrounding the city’s center. This listed building, part open to the public is being transformed with a single spatial intervention: a concrete volume that provides privacy and articulates spatial and functional variety.
